Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on June 15 the following voluntary recalls:
The Consumer Product Safety Commission seeks public input on ways to reduce the burden and costs of its existing rules, regulations and practices “without increasing the risk of deaths or injuries to consumers,” it said (here). “When submitting suggestions with respect to existing rules, regulations or practices, the Commission requests information and data in support of the suggestion, and answers to the questions, as appropriate,” included in the commission’s retrospective review plan (here). Comments are due Sept. 30.
