Export.gov reports that Stolle Machinery of Centennial, Colo., will be able to grow its business and sustain 230 jobs at its plants in Centennial and Englewood by selling $34 million of aluminum/steel can-making equipment to Saudi Arabia, backed by a direct loan from the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

On his second day in Hanoi, Deputy U.S. Trade Representative Marantis conducted intensive discussions with Vietnamese government officials on a wide range of regional and bilateral issues. The International Trade Data System states the ACE Helpdesk (Technical Support Center [TSC] 1-800-927-8729M) is having difficulty in identifying PGA users in order to reset their ACE passwords. The TSC staff is currently unable to display or locate valid PGA users in the ACE system user registry known as ITIM.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement reports that more than $3 million in counterfeit goods have been seized by ICE and U.S. Customs and Border Protection since the beginning of Fiscal Year 2010 in the Port of Savannah. Besides seizure, CBP's strategic approach to IPR enforcement includes audits of infringing importers, and cooperation with international trading partners, industry and other government agencies. 14,841 seizures of counterfeit and pirated goods with a total domestic value of $260.7 million occurred in FY 2009.
