Lawmaker Opposes Arms Transfers to Azerbaijan

Rep. Brad Sherman, D-Calif., a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said Aug. 8 that he would oppose any possible weapons transfers to Azerbaijan, citing the country’s past “aggression” toward Armenia.
