The following lawsuit was filed recently at the Court of International Trade:

Concept2, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its flywheel housing perforated screen of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9506.91.00, dutiable at 4.6%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.15, for Section 301 duties, should be exempt from Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.51, and should have been found to be excluded from the applicable antidumping and countervailing duties. # 25-00084.
