Shock Doctor, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its athletic equipment of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 6114.30.3060, dutiable at 14.9%; 6114.20.0055, dutiable at 10.8%; and 6114.30.3070, dutiable at 14.9%, should be classified under subheading 9506.99.6080, dutiable at 4%. # 24-00203. Fore Fathers Apparel LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its men's and boys' shirts, classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 6105.20.2010 and 6105.20.2020, dutiable at 32%, should be subject to a 0% duty rate under the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement. # 24-00204.
