GAF Energy LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its solar cells of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8541.43.0010, dutiable at 0%, and secondary subheading 9903.45.25, dutiable at 14.75%, should be classified under subheading 8541.42.0010 and secondary subheading 9903.45.21, free of Section 201 duties since they were filed within the Section 201 quota limit. # 24-00110.
