Hellbender, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its drams and microprocessors of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 8542.32.0028 and 8542.31.0001, respectively, and secondary subheading 9903.88.02, which carries 25% Section 301 duties, should not be subject to Section 301 duties. # 24-00104.
