Senate Republican Resolution Opposes Curb in Arms Transfers to Israel

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and 47 other Senate Republicans introduced a resolution last week criticizing the Biden administration for pausing shipments of air-dropped bombs and other offensive weapons to Israel, saying the move will impair Israel’s ability to defeat Hamas. The administration said it’s trying to minimize further civilian casualties in the Gaza war.
