The following lawsuit was filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Jan. 15-21.

The American Line Pipe Producers Association Trade Committee, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded pipe from Greece, covering entries in 2021-22. # 24-00012. Filed Jan. 19.
