Former Dechert Attorney Joins McDermott Will's Transactions Practice

Howard Kleinman, former partner at Dechert, has joined global firm McDermott Will as a partner in the Transactions Practice Group. His practice will center on "mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financial transactions, with a strong emphasis on business and investors in Latin America," the firm announced. Kleinman's experience has included helping Latin American nations expand, leading the acquisition of a U.S. freight transport business and negotiating "high-stakes project financing," including an energy sector project in Chile, McDermott Will said.
