Trade Associate Moves From Morris Manning to Covington & Burling

International trade attorney Edward Thomas left Morris Manning, the firm confirmed in a July 28 notice at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. According to Thomas' LinkedIn page, he has moved to Covington & Burling as an associate attorney in the firm's international trade practice.
