Veteran Washington DC Office Partner Takes Managing Partner Role for Jones Day

Gregory Shumaker, long-time partner at Jones Day, will take the reins as the firm's managing partner, Jones Day announced. Shumaker will assume the position after being selected by his predecessor, Stephen Brogan, who has filled the role since 2002. Shumaker has worked as a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C., office since 1997, filling various leadership opportunities.
