Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 19-25:

Unicatch Industrial Co., Ltd. TC International, Inc., Hor Liang Industrial Corporation, and Romp Coil Nails Industries Inc., appealing a July CIT decision upholding the Commerce Department's use of the expected method in its calculation of the non-selected respondents' rate in the antidumping duty review of certain steel nails from Taiwan. #22-2241.
