Womble Bond Adds Former ITC Attorney to Section 337 Litigation Practice

Andrew Beverina, a former official at the International Trade Commission, has joined Womble Bond in the Washington D.C.-based Patent Prosecution & Litigation practice group and IP Litigation team as of counsel, the firm announced. While at the ITC, Beverina served as a senior investigative attorney in the Office of Unfair Import Investigations, representing the U.S. in numerous Section 337 investigations involving trade secrets, utility patents, trademarks, trade dress, and design patents, Womble Bond said.
