Southworth Products Corporation, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel subassemblies of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8427.90.0090 and secondary subheading 9903.88.01, dutiable at 25%, should be classified under HTS subheadings 8431.20.0000 and 9903.88.07, both free of duty. #22-00206.
