NaturSource Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its salad topper products of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 2008.19.85, dutiable at 22.4%, are eligible for duty-free treatment under NAFTA. #22-00176. Filed June 21.

Zhejiang Zhouli Industrial Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on walk-behind snow throwers and parts thereof from China. #22-00177. Filed June 21.

Quantified Operations Limited, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its 3D Pen Sets of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 8477.80.0000 and 9903.88.01 should be classified under subheadings 8467.29.0090 or 9503.00.0000. #22-00178. Filed June 21.

Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00180. Filed June 22.

Kiswire Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its Grade 1078+ Tire Cord Quality Wire Rod classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7213.91.3011 was excluded from the applicable antidumping duty order. #22-00181. Filed June 22.

Nippon Steel Corporation, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00183. Filed June 23.
