The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of April 18-24:

Catfish Farmers of America; Americas Catch, Inc.; Alabama Catfish, LLC, doing business as Harvest Select Catfish, Inc.; Consolidated Catfish Companies, LLC, doing business as Country Select Catfish; Delta Pride Catfish, Inc.; Guidrys Catfish, Inc.; Heartland Catfish Company; Magnolia Processing, Inc., doing business as Pride of the Pond; and Simmons Farm Raised Catfish, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam, covering entries from 2019-2020. #22-00125. Netgear Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its LTE Routers and LI-Battery Packs are entitled to a partial duty exemption under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9802.00.50 rather than under subheading 8517.62.0020 or 9903.88.04. #22-00129. Filed April 21.

G&H Diversified Manufacturing LP, challenging CBP's denial of its protest over its imports of perforating gun steel. #22-00130. Filed April 22.

MKI Enterprise Group Inc., doing business as Winbo USA, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its auto parts were wrongly denied exclusions to the China Section 301 tariffs. #22-00131. Filed April 22.
