CPSC Updates Safety Standard for Baby Changing Products

The Consumer Product Safety Commission released a direct final rule April 25 amending its safety standard for baby changing products to incorporate the latest revisions to the ASTM voluntary industry standard, it said. The changes are effective July 31, unless CPSC receives a “significant adverse” comment by May 26.
