The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Feb. 28 - March 6:

PF America Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its flooring of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3918.10.1000 qualifies for a granted exclusion from Section 301 tariffs under secondary subheading 9903.88.46. #22-00060. Filed March 1.

Corinth Pipeworks Pipe Industry S.A. and CPW America Co., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded pipe from Greece, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00063. Filed March 4.
