Trade-Related Court Cases Filed Dec. 13-19

The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Dec. 13-19:

Lands Superabrasives Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its various industrial superabrasives of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7105.10.00 are actually from Romania, not China, and as such, should not be subject to Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.03. #21-00623. Filed Dec. 14.

Blue Sky the Color of Imagination, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its calendars of subheading 4820.10.4000 are actually classified under HTS subheading 4910.00.2000, and thus not subject to Section 301 duties. #21-00624. Filed Dec. 14.

Viking Drill & Tool, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its high-speed steel drill bars of subheading 7228.10.00.30 should not be assessed Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.15. #21-00626. Filed Dec. 17.
