The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Dec. 6-12:

GEO Specialty Chemicals, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from India, covering entries in 2018-2020. #21-00614. Filed Dec. 7.

Compressed Air Systems, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming it erroneously overpaid duties and fees due to a clerical error made by the customs broker. #21-00615. Filed Dec. 7.

Assan Aluminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the sales at less-than-fair-value investigation that resulted in the antidumping duty order on aluminum foil from Turkey. #21-00616. Filed Dec. 9.

Aluminum Association Trade Enforcement Working Group and its Individual Members, Granges Americas Inc., JW Aluminum Company and Novelis Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results in the sales at less-than-fair-value investigation that resulted in the antidumping duty order on aluminum foil from Turkey. #21-00618. Filed Dec. 10.

R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its mixtures for use in personal electronic vaporizing devices of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3824.99.9280, dutiable at 5%, should be classified under subheading 8543.90.8850, free of duty. #21-00621. Filed Dec. 10.

Kumar Industries, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from India, covering entries in 2018-2020. #21-00622. Filed Dec. 10.
