Trade-Related Court Cases Recently Filed

The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

GEO Specialty Chemicals, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from India, covering entries from 2018-2020. #21-00614. Filed Dec. 7.

Compressed Air Systems, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming it erroneously overpaid duties and fees due to a clerical error made by the customs broker. #21-00615. Filed Dec. 7.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Royal Brush Manufacturing, Inc., challenging an Oct. 29 CIT decision sustaining CBP's finding of antidumping and countervailing duty evasion under the Enforce and Protect Act over Royal Brush's pencil imports. #22-1226. Filed Dec. 6.
