CPSC Updates Safety Standard for Carriages and Strollers

The Consumer Product Safety Commission released a direct final rule Nov. 17 amending its safety standard for carriages and strollers to incorporate the latest revisions to the ASTM voluntary industry standard, it said. The changes are effective Feb. 15, 2022, unless CPSC receives a “significant adverse” comment by Dec. 20.
