Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret A.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Turkey covering entries from 2018. #21-00565. Filed Oct. 19.

HFC Investments, LLC, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00566. Filed Oct. 20.
