The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Oct. 11-17:

Compar Systems Corporation, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its parts and accessories for manufacture of semiconductors of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8481.10.0090, dutiable at 2%, should be classified under 8486.90.0000, duty-free. #21-00558. Filed Oct. 11.

Adisseo Espana S.A. and Adisseo USA Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's final injury determination on methionine imports from Spain and Japan. #21-00562. Filed Oct. 13.

Tristar Products, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its air fryers of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8516.60.4070, which is duty-free but subject to Section 301 duties, are actually classifiable under subheading 8516.79.0000, dutiable at 2.7%. #21-00563. Filed Oct. 14.

PGS Distributing LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest over whether CBP's report of transshipment is related to plywood and not to multilayer wood flooring. #21-00564. Filed Oct. 15.
