LLC; Carter Fuel Systems, LLC; Champion Laboratories, Inc.; CSD, LLC; Fram Group Operations LLC; Qualis Automotive, L.L.C.; Strongarm, LLC; and Trico Technologies Corporation, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00556. Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Mobilier Rustique (Beauce) Inc., appealing an Aug. 18 CIT decision affirming the Commerce Department's remand results that the agency lacked the authority to conduct countervailing duty expedited reviews. #22-1021. Filed Oct. 7.
