Trade-Related Court Cases Recently Filed

The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Shanghai Ja Solar Technology Co., Ltd., Ja Solar Technology Yangzhou Co., Ltd. and Jingao Solar Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules from China covering entries in 2018. #21-00548.
