Trade-Related Court Cases Recently Filed

The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:

Esquel Apparel Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its shirt entries were wrongfully excluded from entry due to forced labor concerns. #21-00518. Filed Sept. 16.

Interra Global Corporation, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00519. Filed Sept. 16.
