Craggy Green Hills LLC, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00511. Filed Sept. 13.

Kisaan Die Tech Private Limited, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel flanges from India, covering entries in 2018-19. #21-00512. Filed Sept. 14.
