Metal One America, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its hot-rolled high carbon wire rod tire cord made of steel of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7213.91.3011 qualifies for Section 232 tariff exclusions. #21-00503. Filed Sept. 1.

Varsal LLC, Alpha Guardian d/b/a Cannon Security Products, and Sanden International (U.S.A.), Inc., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00504. Filed Sept. 2.
