Recent AD/CVD Scope Ruling Requests

The following new requests for antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings were recently filed with the Commerce Department:

Wooden Bedroom Furniture From China (A-570-890). Jimco Lamp & Manufacturing Co., seeking a scope ruling that its accent chests are not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed Aug. 3.

Polyester Textured Yarn From India (A-533-885/C-533-886). AYM Syntex Ltd., requesting a scope ruling that its flat bulk continuous filament (“BCF”) yarns produced from polybutylene terephthalate are not covered by AD duties. Filed Aug. 2.
