Posco International America Corp., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming there was an error in appraisement and liquidation of one of its entries. #21-00421. Filed Aug. 16.

Sumitomo Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd., challenging the International Trade Commission's final determination in the investigation of passenger vehicle and light truck tires that led to antidumping duties on the tires from Thailand. #21-00432. Filed Aug. 17.

Nankang Rubber Tire Corp., Ltd., challenging the International Trade Commission's final determination in the investigation of passenger vehicle and light truck tires leading to antidumping duties on tires from Taiwan. #21-00445. Filed Aug. 18.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the investigation that led to antidumping duties on utility-scale wind towers from Spain. #21-00449. Filed Aug. 18.

Keirton USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its agricultural equipment parts were improperly excluded from entry as "drug paraphernalia." #21-00452. Filed Aug. 19.

Neo Chemicals & Oxides, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its mixed oxide products classifiable under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 3815 and 2846 qualify for first sale valuation. #21-00453. Filed Aug. 19.
