Newly Released CBP HQ Rulings for Aug. 22

The Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) was updated Aug. 22 with a single headquarters ruling. The ruling, HQ H318739, pertains to the coastwise transportation of a floating wind turbine unit and was dated July 6, 2021 (ruling revocations and modifications will be detailed elsewhere in a separate article as they are announced in the Customs Bulletin).
