Shaw Industries Group, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its floor coverings of platics, whether or not self-adhesive, of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3918.10.1000 qualify for Section 301 tariff exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.46. #21-00400. Filed Aug. 11.
