Recent AD/CVD Scope Ruling Requests

The following new requests for antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings were recently filed with the Commerce Department:

Wood Mouldings and Millwork From China (A-570-117/C-570-118). Greenbrier International and Family Dollar Services, seeking a scope ruling that their pre-packaged craft dowels are not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed July 27.

Artist Canvas From China (A-570-899). RV Print Factory, requesting a scope ruling that its fabrics coated with a formulation that is not gesso are not covered by AD duties. Filed July 23.
