CBP's July 21 Customs Bulletin Has 4 Ruling Notices

CBP released its July 21 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 55, No. 28), which includes the following ruling actions:

CBP also said it received an application for "Lever-Rule" protection from Procter & Gamble Company. The company applied to prevent imports of foreign made antitussive drug products intended for sale outside the United States that bear the recorded “VICKS” mark, U.S. Trademark Registration No. 867,818 / CBP Recordation No. TMK 89–00470. CBP will grant such protection if it finds the parts are physically and materially different from the products intended for sale in the U.S.
