Recent AD/CVD Scope Ruling Requests

The following new requests for antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings were recently filed with the Commerce Department:

Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet From China (A-570-073/C-570-074). Sunbeam Products Inc., seeking a scope ruling that its aluminum alloy stamped circular disc blanks are not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed June 29.

Steel Wheels (12 to 16.5 Inches in Diameter) From China (A-570-090/C-570-091). Asia Wheel Co., Ltd., requesting a scope ruling that its steel trailer wheels manufactured in its facilities in Thailand with rims and discs manufactured in Thailand using imported steel plates are not covered by AD/CV duties. Filed July 13.
