Recent AD/CVD Scope Ruling Requests

The following new requests for antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings were recently filed with the Commerce Department:

Multilayered Wood Flooring From China (A-570-970/C-570-971). Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd., A-Timber Flooring Company Limited and Mullican Flooring Co., seeking a scope ruling that multilayered wood flooring produced by Zheijiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. and sold to an unaffiliated United States customer (such as Mullican) by A-Timber Flooring is exempt from AD/CV duties because Commerce calculated a zero rate for merchandise produced and exported by Yuhua, with A-Timber Flooring as the sales agent, in it final antidumping duty determination.
