The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of May 10-16.

Voestalpine Precision Strip GmbH, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel products of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7226.92.8050 qualify for Section 232 exclusions. #21-00230. Filed May 13.

Globe Specialty Metals, Inc., and Mississippi Silicon LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's final affirmative determination of sales at less than fair value and critical circumstances of silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland. #21-00231. Filed May 14.

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its side protective attachments for vehicles of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8708.29.5060 (2.5%) qualify for Section 301 exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.45. #21-00232. Filed May 14.

APS Autoparts Specialists, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel side protective accessories auto parts of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8708.29.5060 qualify for Section 301 exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.45. #21-00233. Filed May 14.

Ivaco Rolling Mills 2004 L.P. and Sivaco Wire Group 2004 L.P., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its articles of steel were improperly denied Section 232 tariff exclusions. #21-00234. Filed May 14.
