AD/CVD Scope Ruling Requests for May 3-7

The following new requests for antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings were filed with the Commerce Department during the week of May 3-7:​

Wooden Bedroom Furniture from China (A-570-890). Trinity Distribution Inc., seeking a scope ruling that its upholstered furniture and upholstered mirrors are not subject to AD duties. Filed May 5.

Hardwood Plywood Products from China (A-570-051/C-570-052). Dix McGuire Commodities, requesting a scope ruling that its marine grade plywood used as flooring in shipping containers is not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed May 5.
