Trade-Related Court Cases Filed April 5-11

The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of April 5-11:

Viecura Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its incontinence fixation pants of subheading 6108.22.9020 qualify for duty-free treatment as articles specially designed or adapted for the use or benefit of the blind or other physically or mentally handicapped persons under secondary subheading 9817.00.96. #21-00154. Filed April 5.

CITIC Dicastal Wheel Manufacturing Co. Ltd., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its various carts of subheading 8708.70.4545 qualify for Section 301 exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.33. #21-00159. Filed April 9.
