The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of March 1-7:

KT&G Corp., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on 4th tier cigarettes from South Korea. #21-00082. Filed March 1.

Metalcam S.p.A., challenging Commerce's final determination on the countervailing duty investigation on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy. #21-00083. Filed March 1.

Fujian Yinfeng Imp & Exp Trading Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping investigation on wood mouldings and millwork products from China. #21-00087. Filed March 3.

Fujian Yinfeng Imp & Exp Trading Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination on the countervailing duty investigation on wood mouldings and millwork products from China. #21-00088. Filed March 3.

Ford Motor Company, on the classification of Ford Transit Connect vehicles. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8704.31.0020 (25%). Ford says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 8703.23.0051 (2.5%). #21-00091. Filed March 4.

Mirror Metals Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its various steel articles qualify for Section 232 tariff exclusions. #21-00092. Filed March 5.

Voestalpine High Performance Metals Corp. and Edro Specialty Steels, Inc., challenging Commerce's denial of its Section 232 exclusion requests for its high alloyed specialty steel. #21-00093. Filed March 5.
