ABB, appealing a May 26 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on large power transformers from South Korea. #20-2114. Opened Aug. 3.

Luoyang Bearing, appealing a June 1 CIT decision that sustained the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on tapered roller bearings from China. #20-2121. Opened Aug. 4.

U.S. government, appealing a May 27 CIT decision that left in place an injunction barring termination of an exemption from solar safeguard duties for bifacial solar panels. #20-2130. Opened Aug. 5.
