ME Global, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department’s imposition of Section 232 tariffs on steel. #20-00130. Filed July 14.
Nature's Touch Frozen Foods (West) Inc., challenging CBP's classification of frozen fruit mixtures and the lack of eligibility for duty-free treatment under NAFTA. #20-00131. Filed July 15.
Sentry Aerospace Corporation, challenging CBP's classification of integrated drive generators and the applicability of the Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft. #20-00132. Filed July 16.
Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Company Limited, challenging the Commerce Department’s determination in the Final Scope Ruling regarding Line Pipe and Dual-Stenciled Standard and Line Pipe from Thailand, dated June 30, 2020, finding that dual-stenciled standard and line pipe from Thailand are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Thailand. #20-00133.
