Metropolitan Staple Corporation, challenging President Donald Trump's imposition of a new set of Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum “derivative” products on Feb. 8. #20-00053. Filed March 2.

Moen USA, on the classification of shower heads. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3924.90.5650 (3.4%). Moen says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8424.89.0000 (1.8%) or 8424.90.9080 (free). #20-00054, -00055. Filed March 6.
