CPSC Updates Safety Standard for Portable Bed Rails

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is issuing a direct final rule amending its safety standard for toddler beds to incorporate the latest revisions to the ASTM voluntary industry standard, it said. The changes are effective May 20, 2020, unless comments opposing the change are received by March 26.
