In the Dec. 30 edition of the Official Journal of the European Union the following trade-related notices were posted:

VAT and excise. Council Directive (EU) 2019/2235 of 16 December 2019 amending Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax and Directive 2008/118/EC concerning the general arrangements for excise duty as regards defence efforts within the Union framework (here).
WTO. Council Decision (EU) 2019/2249 of 19 December 2019 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Committee on Rules of Origin of the World Trade Organization (here).
Export controls. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2199 of 17 October 2019 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items (here).
