In the Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 editions of the Official Journal of the European Union the following trade-related notices were posted:

Tariff-rate quotas. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1607 of 27 September 2019 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1239 as regards the applicable closing dates for the submission of licence applications (here).
Potatoes. Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1614 of 26 September 2019 authorising Member States to provide for derogations from certain provisions of Council Directive 2000/29/EC in respect of potatoes, other than potatoes intended for planting, originating in the regions of Akkar and Bekaa of Lebanon (notified under document C(2019) 6819) (here).
Plant protection. Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1615 of 26 September 2019 establishing emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV) (notified under document C(2019) 6826) (here).
Classification -- fish oil. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1661 of 24 September 2019 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature (here).
