CPSC Updates Safety Standard for Infant Bouncer Seats

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is issuing a direct final rule amending its safety standard for infant bouncer seats to incorporate the latest revisions to the ASTM voluntary industry standard, it said. The changes are effective Dec. 14, 2019, unless comments opposing the change are received by Oct. 7.
