In the Aug. 1-6 editions of the Official Journal of the European Union the following trade-related notices were posted:

Poultry TRQs. Council Decision (EU) 2019/1320 of 18 July 2019 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Union and Ukraine amending the trade preferences for poultry meat and poultry meat preparations provided for by the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part (here) (here).
Feed additives. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1324 of 5 August 2019 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of endo-1,4-beta-xylanase produced by Bacillus subtilis LMG S-27588 as a feed additive for chickens for fattening or reared for laying, turkeys for fattening or reared for breeding, minor poultry species for fattening or reared for laying or for breeding, weaned piglets, pigs for fattening and minor porcine species (holder of authorisation Puratos) (here).
Feed additives. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1313 of 2 August 2019 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NRRL B-50508, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NRRL B-50509 and Bacillus subtilis NRRL B-50510 as a feed additive for pigs for fattening and minor porcine species for fattening (holder of authorisation Cargill Incorporated, represented by Provimi Holding BV) (here).
Feed additives. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1315 of 2 August 2019 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Enterococcus faecium DSM 7134 as a feed additive (in water for drinking) for sows (holder of authorisation Lactosan GmbH & Co) (here).
Beef TRQ. Council Decision (EU) 2019/1316 of 15 July 2019 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, of the Agreement between the United States of America and the European Union on the Allocation to the United States of a Share in the Tariff Rate Quota for High Quality Beef referred to in the Revised Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Importation of Beef from Animals Not Treated with Certain Growth-Promoting Hormones and Increased Duties Applied by the United States to Certain Products of the European Union (2014) (here).
Export controls. Commission Recommendation (EU) 2019/1318 of 30 July 2019 on internal compliance programmes for dual-use trade controls under Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 (here).
Sanctions -- Libya. Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1292 of 31 July 2019 implementing Article 21(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/44 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya (here) (here).
Animal health certificates. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1293 of 29 July 2019 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 577/2013 as regards the list of territories and third countries in Annex II and the model of animal health certificate for dogs, cats and ferrets set out in Annex IV (here).
Novel foods. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1294 of 1 August 2019 authorising the placing on the market of betaine as a novel food under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470 (here).
AD -- seamless pipes and tubes. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1295 of 1 August 2019 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1469 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes, of iron or steel, originating in Russia and Ukraine, following a partial interim review pursuant to Article 11(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 (here).
Sanctions -- Libya. Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2019/1299 of 31 July 2019 implementing Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya (here).
AD/CVD -- bus and truck tires. Notice concerning the anti-dumping and countervailing measures in force in respect of imports of certain pneumatic tyres, new or retreaded, of rubber, of a kind used for buses or lorries and with a load index exceeding 121 originating in the People’s Republic of China: name change of one company subject to the duty for cooperating non sampled companies (here).
Feed additives. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1289 of 31 July 2019 concerning the authorisation of L-valine produced by Corynebacterium glutamicum KCCM 11201P as a feed additive for all animal species (here).
Feed additives. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1290 of 31 July 2019 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/338 as regards the minimum content of a preparation of 6-phytase, produced by Aspergillus niger (DSM 25770) as a feed additive for chickens for fattening or reared for laying (holder of authorisation BASF SE) (here).
